Integral Movement Method Class for EDS/HSD
In honor of May being EDS Awareness Month, this FREE class will teach those with EDS/HSD how to approach Pilates in a safe way through the Integral Movement Method (IMM). IMM is a movement strategy made by and for people with EDS. IMM focuses on combining gentle movement with mindfulness. There is no class fee.

You think Pilates with Goats is interesting? Try Pilates with Chickens. One hour Pilates class that blends core-strengthening exercises and playful energy from a brood of chickens on a local homestead*. Class fee is $30.
*Local homestead is NOT the same location as the Breathe: A Mindful Movement Studio. Homestead is also in Milton and full address will be provided upon booking.

Pilates with Goats in Milton (May)

Mommy & Me Pilates Class (Private event for members of AMC Connect Moms)
