Small Group Mat Pilates Class

Based on the original exercises of Joseph Pilates, this class is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core muscles, while also toning your arms and legs. Practicing mat Pilates helps build a strong, balanced body and increases flexibility. This class is adaptable to all experience levels. Class fee is $25.
